Alumni Clarence came into existence in the year 1986 and in the last three decades, has evolved to become a noticeable part of Clarence High School. Initially known as COPA (Clarence Old Pupils’ Association), it has transformed over the years, under the able leadership of several alumni stalwarts and the involvement of many enthusiastic members to become a passionate community of alumni members of all ages and professions, spread out across the world.

Alumni Clarence works with the school and the staff to find ways to contribute to, and participate in the various programmes of the school such as Founders’ Day and Sports Day. The annual CHS Basketball Tournament is sponsored and hosted by Alumni Clarence and has many ex-Clarencians coming together every year to connect with each other and also with the teachers.
Apart from events and programmes of the school, the alumni association is also involved in helping out whenever the need arises. Members have contributed generously in the past and have enabled the association to help provide fee assistance to needy students, medical insurance to staff members and similar assistance when needed. The School Bus and Overhead Projector Initative are other examples where Alumni Clarence has stepped forward to help.
We have started many initatives in order to reach out to as many Clarencians as we can. Instagram, Facebook, Online Newsletters are all just the beginning of a new chapter in the life of Alumni Clarence.
