The Physical Education department plays an essential role in all aspects of health and provides a foundation for fitness and relaxation with recreational games and keeps students fit with a healthy mind and body. The health related motor skills are developed accordingly so that students perform different activities to enjoy leisure time. Students improve their muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance with various coordination of events.

Those who develop interest and show ability in a given sport are given expert training in that field after school hours with coaching camps organized on a daily basis in basketball, football and athletics. The ultimate goal is to assist students and help each one according to the measure of their body strength and stamina. Ultimately students have a healthy competitive spirit and excel in every way possible for an overall physical and mental development which in turn helps students perform better academically.
