The International Court of Justice is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. The Charter of the UN established it in June 1945. In this committee, it is up to you delegates, to solve disputes between member states of the United Nations. Knowing international law, precendents and international conventions is the key role in doing well in the International Court of Justice.
