92 THE CLARENCIAN 2024-2025Founders%u2019 Day Clarence High School celebrated its 110th Founders%u2019 Day on 30th November 2024, marking 110 years of dedication and perseverance. The programme was attended by alumni from the 1970s and 1980s to the recent batches of the 2020s. The event began with a warm welcome address by the emcee, Mrs. Sujatha Jayaraman, followed by a melodious performance by theschool choir and a Bible reading by the School Captain.The guest speakers, Mr. Emmanuel Sathyadas and Mr. Edwin Moses, shared inspiring testimonies on how Clarence High School shaped their lives. Mr. Sathyadas spoke about having an %u201cAlabaster Heart%u201d with humour and meaningful insight.Sitara Miriam PriyanthClass 9CMr. Moses reminded students that %u201cThe fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.%u201dThe alumni choir performed beautifully, and teachers who were former students, including the Principal, Mrs. Ruth Manoj, were honoured.
