Job Summary:

Support early childhood development through authentic Montessori practices that nurture
independence, curiosity, and foundational literacy/numeracy skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement Montessori curriculum, materials, and purposeful learning experiences
  • Observe, document, and guide children's progress through individualised learning plans
  • Maintain a prepared, safe, and engaging classroom environment
  • Partner with parents and the school team to support holistic development

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Montessori Trained/Certified
  • 1-4 years Montessori classroom experience (Freshers with strong training welcome)
  • Strong observation skills, classroom organisation, and child-centred approach
  • Warm, calm facilitation style and excellent parent communication
