Build internal capabilities, system, and processes to create 10-year strategic plan and
roadmap to reach Clarence High School’s Vision & Mission.
Build HR Core (Human Resource systems & processes from recruitment to retirement)
02. Deploy best in class technology platform, process digitalization and tools
Digitize all student matters from admission process to examination results
State-of-the-art platform to deploy integrated Learning Management System (LMS) with
advance capabilities for online assessment, analysis and feedback to students and
parents.
A comprehensive website and social media presence for all marketing and external
communication With a focus on Clarence Kindergarten
Create a digital “Hall of Fame” for all achievers and awardees. This can be on the
school website with access to students, parents, faculty and alumni
Create a “Our Distinguished Alumni” Page to track and Showcase achievements of the school alumni.
Discussion and messaging platforms for students to Interact with alumni in their field of interest.
State-of-the-art safety and security system
Consider collaboration with other schools in smaller towns and districts. This will need
multilingual content, but will position Clarence High School as a centre for excellence in education.
Consider gamifying processes to ease the transition of younger children between pure
online to a hybrid model.
