Job Summary:

Build and sustain a vibrant alumni network that strengthens school community, mentorship, and institutional development in a 110-year heritage ecosystem.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain alumni database, newsletters, and engagement calendars
  • Plan and execute reunions, mentorship programmes, and alumni-led sessions
  • Coordinate alumni participation in school initiatives, career guidance, and events
  • Support fundraising/sponsorship outreach and donor relationship workflows (as required)

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree (Communications/PR/Management/Social Work preferred)
  • Strong writing and stakeholder communication skills
  • 4-8 years in alumni relations/community building/events/partnerships

Preference:

  • Proven ability to manage communities, events, and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Experience in education sector/community ecosystems is a strong advantage
