Job Summary:

Deliver rigorous, engaging English instruction that builds strong reading, writing, speaking,
and critical-thinking skills aligned with curriculum standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design structured lesson plans with clear learning outcomes and differentiated strategies
  • Strengthen reading comprehension, writing craft, grammar, and communication skills
  • Use formative and summative assessments; provide timely, actionable feedback
  • Foster a positive classroom culture and contribute to language—rich school initiatives

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • M.A. in English (preferred)/B.A. in English + B.Ed. (Mandatory)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • 3-6 years relevant teaching experience (K-12 preferred)
  • Experience with curriculum planning, assessment design, and remedial/enrichment support
  • Strong classroom presence, mentoring mindset, and collaborative approach
