Job Summary:

Lead the transformation of housekeeping operations across our 6-acre campus, driving
hospitality-grade standards through mechanized cleaning, technology, and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily housekeeping operations academic, administrative, and Sports facilities.
  • Implement mechanized cleaning systems and modern housekeeping technologies.
  • Manage SOPs, digital checklists, audits, and inventory systems efficiently.
  • Train housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene, safety, and preventive maintenance.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred)
  • 5—8 years Of housekeeping or Facilities management experience, preferably in hospitality,
    healthcare, or large institutions, with mechanized cleaning expertise.

Preference:

  • Strong leadership and team development skill' with expertise in digital housekeeping tools.
  • Committed to quality. safety, sustainability, and meticulous attention to detail.
