Job Summary:

Serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for parents and visitors. Manage front-office communication with professionalism and courtesy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Server as the first point Of contact for parents and visitors (in person, phone, and email)
  • Coordinate appointments with school leadership and support admissions enquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front-office documentation
  • Address parent concerns with professionalism, tact, and discretion

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in front—office / Customer service / parent relations preferred

Preference:

  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Kannada required; Tamil preferred, and Hindi an added advantage
  • Well-organised, courteous. and professional demeanour
