CELEBRATING GOD%u2019S GOODNESS 137Prefects%u2019 SeminarAt Clarence High School, we believe in nurturing the leaders of tomorrow. To develop leadership and teamwork skills among our prefects, two enriching seminars were organised, with 60 prefects actively participating. The aim was to equip them with practical leadership skills, strengthen teamwork, and prepare them for their responsibilities.The first Prefects%u2019 Seminar was held on 4th June 2024 and was conducted by Dr. Priscilla Brighton and her team from Team Urban India Ministries. Through creative and engaging activities, the prefects learnt the importance of trust, coordination, communication, and working towards a common goal. The session highlighted key values such as integrity, responsibility, humility, and service.The second seminar, held on 14th September 2024, was led by Mr. Vinod Joseph, a leadership trainer.
