144 THE CLARENCIAN 2024-2025Senior CLADS CLADS 2024 was one of the most anticipated events at Clarence High School, with students from Classes 6 to 12 eagerly looking forward to the exciting competitions. Each house invested immense time and effort in preparing for their performances. The CLADS Committee, led by Ethan Daniel and Nicole Marie Lean, worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth execution of both onstage and backstage events.CLADS began with backstage events held every Wednesday during club periods, where students showcased their talents in art, writing, cooking, designing and more.The official programme commenced with a hymn, Bible reading and prayer, followed by the announcement of the theme %u201cKairos%u201d, meaning %u201cthe right moment in time%u201d.Day One featured thrilling events such as 60 Seconds to Fame, Dramatics, Air Crash, Cosplay, JAM, Technocrat, the Personality Contest finals and the highly entertaining Mad Ads, which filled the auditorium with laughter and applause.Ruth Ann Thomas in an expressive thriller by Redwood House Accordion virtuoso Joshua Ebenezer enthrals the audience with a classical number, %u201cFlick Flack%u201d
