142 THE CLARENCIAN 2024-2025CLADSClarence Literary Arts & Dramatics Society (CLADS) is an annual interhouse event at Clarence High School that celebrates the talents and skills of students from all four Houses. In 2024, marking the 110th year of the school, the CLADS Committee selected the theme %u201cKairos%u201d, meaning God%u2019s appointed time, reflecting the school%u2019s values and heritage.This year featured 31 events, including both backstage and onstage competitions. The backstage events began on 16th July 2024 and were held every Wednesday during club periods, focusing mainly on literary and art-based activities.The onstage events took place on 27th and 28th September, featuring dramatics, debate, dance, and music. Redwood House secured first place, followed by Barton, Theobald, and Wilcox.
