202 THE CLARENCIAN 2024-2025Divya FrankClass 4AMy teachers, Ms. Sharmi Josephine and Ms. Mary Alexander, teach me about how to be close to God and tell us stories about the new missionaries like Perpetua, Richard Wurmbrand and many more. Listening to these stories makes me eager to be like them one day. I thank God for my club teachers. Being in the Scripture Union Club Class, I have learnt to know God, my saviour, even more. My teachers have taught me to believe in the Lord Jesus. I always wish I can continue in this club where I learn about my God and my faith more and more. What Does It Feel Like To Be in Your ClassroomWhen I enter my classroom, 4A, I am filled with joy and happiness. The moment I am inside the classroom, I feel like jumping around. I am very excited and eager to do many things during the day. I feel sad when the bell rings at 2:00 p.m. I really want to stay back in my classroom. Earlier, we were in an old classroom. I miss the old one, but I like this new classroom. It has bright walls and a new smart TV too. The new classroom has become my friend, along with my other classmates and teachers who are my friends as well.Aadel YaganagiClass 4AWhat I Like About My Club ClassWhat I like about my Abacus Club Class is that it has helped me to improve my maths skills. The club teachers are very kind, funny and helpful. We have three club teachers. The teachers have given us an abacus textbook to solve the sums and guide us on how to work with the abacus. Learning at the Abacus Club is even more fun because my best friend is there to accompany me. I like it even more because we sometimes watch videos on how to speak in public.My public speaking teacher, Ms. Sherri Bird, gives us a topic to write about and then we take turns coming in front of the class to speak about it.
