I saw that most of the children were feeling very sad, lonely and were crying. Then I went and spoke to them after which they all felt happy. I left the orphanage feeling sad for the poor, sad, hungry orphans.What I Like About My Club ClassI belong to the Calligraphy Club. I really like the way we practice our calligraphy during each club class. Our teacher, Ms. Esther Ellis, is kind and patient with us. She gives us practice sheets and this makes it easy for us to practice our calligraphy skills. I can now use calligraphy for my class projects and school articles. I love my calligraphy class. It has also helped me to improve my handwriting.Elina Akshitha RajClass 4CWhat I Like About My Club ClassThe club sessions take place in one of the school's computer labs. We learn the basics of AI and robotics to a certain extent. Our homework is done in Google Classroom. In the workbook, there are a lot of fun activities. We also have fun answering the questions Ma%u2019am gives us during class. The club uses an online lab called Rancholabs. Our teacher has given us each a username and password in our workbooks to log in and do our homework. The workbook has fun activities like making a flipbook or a robot out of bottle caps, straw and a cardboard box. It gives instructions on how to animate a flipbook and use the microbit. It even helps us to learn about computers during the class. We have gained a lot of knowledge in our club and that%u2019s why I like my club classes.Elijah CarlesClass 4DIam a member of the AI and Robotics Club. It is a very nice club. My teacher's name is Mrs. Catharine. I learn about animation, microbit, etc., at the club. A Day at an OrphanageOne Sunday morning my father and I took some toys for the children at the orphanage, along with some food, paints, brushes and paper. I played their favourite song and sang along with them to make them happy and bought them ice cream. I taught them how to make a pinwheel and we had lots of fun. In the evening I took the children to watch the sunset from the terrace.
