68 THE CLARENCIAN 2024-2025Staff SeminarThe Staff Seminar at Clarence High School was successfully conducted at the beginning of the Academic Year 2024%u201325, from 29th May to 3rd June 2024. The seminar focused on key areas essential for the school%u2019s growth, including values-based education, modern teaching practices, inclusiveness, teamwork, and preparation for upcoming milestones.The programme began with devotion and prayer led by the school management, seeking God%u2019s guidance for the year ahead. A session on the school%u2019s core values%u2014Christ-centredness,Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, and Creativity & Innovation%u2014was led by the Chairman of the Clarence Educational Trust, Mr. Anup Soans, emphasising holistic education and collaboration.Representatives from SENSES conducted a hands-on SMART Board session. HR practices were addressed by Mrs. Sylvia Carvalho, while inclusiveness was discussed by Mr. Madhusudhan Ramesh.
