It stood as a vast imperial superpower for centuries until Nicholas II came into the picture. By1917, fields rotted while cities starved. When women marched for bread, this desperate regimeordered the troops to fire.What followed was absolute chaos: withdrawal from the Great War, and a brutal, bloody civil war. Yet,in the midst of this darkness, we found a hearth glowing. It began to grow slowly and steadily.
