CELEBRATING GOD%u2019S GOODNESS 209A Dream You Had and You Cannot ForgetIonce had a dream that I was on a ship. I was in a luxurious room on the ship. My room had a kitchen and even a swimming pool. The ship was huge. I had settled comfortably in my room when suddenly, a huge storm came. It shook the ship violently and everyone started screaming, shouting and panicking. I stayed calm in my room and prayed to the Lord, saying, %u201cLord, you calmed the storm 2000 years ago. Please do it again.%u201d When I said this prayer, the storm went away. This was the most beautiful dream that I had ever had and it will never be forgotten.Jesrelle DeleshiaClass 5DBaking a CakeIlove baking cakes. I enjoy it even more when I am baking my favourite chocolate cake with my grandmother. My grandmother taught me how to bake a cake and make the icing too. Now I can bake a cake all by myself. The process of baking a cake is fun and, sometimes, a bit messy. After the cake is put into the oven, I just can%u2019t wait for it to be ready. I enjoy watching my grandmother icing the cake, after which I put the sprinkles all over the cake. I thank my grandmother for loving me and teaching me how to bake with patience.Susan PothanClass 5DA Century%u2019s LegacyAhundred and ten years, the stories unfold,In halls filled with laughter, of both young and old.Tradition runs deep, like rivers that flow,Through seasons of change, still steady they go.Through wars and peace, the walls stood strong,Witnessing history, both right and wrong.Generations rise, yet values remain,Carved in the heart, through sunshine and rain.Deep within every new face, the past still lives,A place where the present and future forgives.Lessons from yesterday, still shaping today,As the school%u2019s journey keeps finding its way.Class 6Chirag N.Class 6A
